General Framework of the I Contest:

Who can participate: Individuals who have graduated, or have a graduation date scheduled between November 29, 2013, and November 29, 2017, in doctoral programs at universities in the European Continent. Participants must have completed the study plan by the date of submission of the work, including the defense of the thesis before an examining board.
