Cancellation and refunds
Before making a purchase, each buyer has the right to familiarize himself with information about the product, reviews of other buyers and make an informed decision about the expediency of a purchase.
Cancellation of purchase, return of goods and refunds
- Cancellation of a digital purchase
- If you change your mind about a purchase made on our site, you can request a cancellation and / or refund within 7 days from the date of payment, provided that the digital item has not been downloaded.
- You cannot refuse a purchased digital product that has already been downloaded, unless technical flaws in the file are identified that do not allow it to be used for its purpose.
- You can cancel a paid pre-order of a digital product at any time. If the item is on sale, you can still cancel the purchase and request a refund within 7 days from the date the pre-order funds were transferred, provided that you have not yet downloaded the electronic file.
- Return of goods of proper quality
- You have the right to refuse the goods at any time before receiving the goods, and after receiving the goods, within 7 days.
- The return of a good quality product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved. Violation of the integrity of the packaging is a violation of the presentation of the goods.
- You are not entitled to return the goods of proper quality specified in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.19.1998 No. 55.3.
- Claims to goods of inadequate quality
- A product of inadequate quality means a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The received product must match the description on the site. The difference in design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or dysfunction of the product.
- If you have received goods of inadequate quality, you have the right to use the provisions of Art. 18 of the Consumer Protection Law and return or exchange goods within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
- Due to the peculiarities of the remote method of sale, the replacement of goods can be performed only by returning the goods of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product.
- You can also return the goods of inadequate quality and demand a refund of the money paid for the goods.
- Refund conditions
- Any request for a refund must be made in written form. To do this, it is enough to send a request to the e-mail address info@lacrus.org with a description of the reason for the return and details for receiving the refund.
- Mandatory identification details for individuals are:
- Full name
- Residence address
- Passport data
- Full bank details
- Signature
- Mandatory details for order identification are:
- Order number and date
- Order total
- If the account does not belong to the ordering person, it is necessary to indicate the full name of the account holder and his passport data.
- In the absence of any details, applications for a refund will not be accepted.
- Claims for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 10 days from the date of the corresponding request (Article 22 of the RF Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
- Refunds are made in the same way in which the funds were transferred.
