Solemn Gala-Dinner “American continent and Russian revolutions of 1917: 100 years afterwards” will be held on October 3, 2017 and will conclude the second working day of the III International Forum “Russia and Ibero-America in the globalizing world: history and modernity”.
Some dramatic chapters of the Russian history will be raised in the vortex of live performances prepared by the talented actors and vocalists from St. Petersburg. Musical and stage presentments, brilliant creations of the famous composer Sergei Rachmaninoff, as well as the unforgettable melodies associated with the legend of world opera art – Fedor Shalyapin, – will recall the revolutionary lustre of the tragic 1917, as well as the hardship and turmoil of the epoch.
The dance of the Mariinsky Theater ballerina I. Lerman will become the gem of the evening.
Due to a special interactive format and exclusively directed audio and video content, the guests will see once again, that geography has no control over the friendship and proximity between Russia and Latin America.
